Star Wars at Boston Museum of Science

Filed under: Family & Kids, Museums — admin @ 4:30 am

If you think Star Wars is all smoke and mirrors, you’ll want to head to the new
Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit at the Boston Museum of Science. With the slogan, “In a galaxy not so far, far away,” the exhibit combines artifacts from the six Star Wars movies (like Luke’s original Landspeeder, filmed interviews with the filmmakers, etc) and interactive experiences with robot technology, prototypes of real space vehicles, magnetic levitation (wow!) and floating hovercraft vehicles. Sounds pretty cool if you ask me. The exhibit runs from now until April 2006. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.
