W Hotels has introduced some new options to its Whatever/Whenever concierge service. The company prides itself on fulfilling guest requests for even the most bizarre items and at unusual times. New services include:
- W Hotel guests can have Luggage Free pick up their bags and send them anywhere in the world for 10 percent less than the services usually costs.
- The company has added a Sweet Dreams Pillow Menu that gives guests the choice of body pillows, neckrolls, firm foam pillows or the traditional goose down variety.
- Wake-up calls come with a personalized ring and messages tailored to the guest – like a an inspirational message or the details of the guest’s first meeting that day.
- Guests can now use SMS text messages to communicate with the Whatever/Whenever staff and receive information about appointments, restaurant reservations, etc.
- Heading to the airport? Guests with flights to catch can pre-order sandwiches and snacks for the plane.
