Fodor’s Travel Wire feature Airports We Love (and Hate) the skinny on the best and worst airports in the world. Some of the winners include Amsterdam’s Schipol Airport, Honolulu International Airport and Singapore’s Changi Airport. On the other end of the spectrum, the feature describes Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport as “deeply creepy,” while LaGuardia and JFK both get described as “pitiful,” not to mention “dark and grim.” Mumbai International is “loud, confusing and filthy,” while London Heathrow was “obviously designed by a sadist.”
Personally, I am surprised that Dulles didn’t make the worst list.
