As you can see from the Getty image here, the newly opened Beijing Terminal 3 is one gargantuan structure. Built in a mere four years, the terminal required entire villages to be relocated for its construction. Terminal architects even claim that it’s the largest building in the world. Period. We have no idea if that’s true, but it sure sounds impressive.
